Terms of Service

1. The service

BacklinkBot AI provides:

• a done-for-you submission service where we manually submit your product to launch directories and listing sites;
• a public, browsable directory database;
• a launch leaderboard where you can list your product and earn upvotes and a dofollow backlink;
• a self-serve submission tracker; and
• free SEO and marketing tools, a blog and a glossary.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your access secure. You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding contract. Don't use someone else's account without permission.

3. Payment terms

Done-for-you plans are one-time purchases, charged per project ($99 / $167 / $357 or as shown at checkout), processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude any taxes that may apply. The tier determines the target number of directories we aim to submit to; directory approval is always at the third party's discretion. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, adult, hateful or malicious content, or content you don't have the right to submit;
• misrepresent a product, or submit a product or website that violates a directory's rules;
• manipulate upvotes or rankings, scrape the site, or interfere with its operation or security;
• resell or misuse the service or our data in breach of these terms.

We may remove content, refuse or cancel submissions, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the product details, logos and other materials you provide. You grant us a licence to use them solely to operate the service — including submitting them to directories, displaying your launch listing, and preparing your report. You confirm you have the rights to grant this. All BacklinkBot software, branding, the directory database compilation and site content remain our property or that of our licensors.

6. No guaranteed results

We submit your product carefully and by hand, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome — including approval by any directory, a particular Domain Rating or domain authority, search rankings, traffic, leads or sign-ups. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control and on the independent decisions of third-party sites.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BacklinkBot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Third-party sites

The service links to and interacts with third-party directories and tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. payment, IP, disclaimers, liability and governing law) survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the registered office of AmplifyX Tech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under applicable law.
